Terms, refunds and privacy.
Written in plain words. If anything here contradicts something on the sales page, this page is the one that governs.
Refund window: 14 days, on the terms in section 02.

What you are buying
CourseFarmer is a digital product: a vault of files you download and keep. There is no login, no subscription and no recurring charge. One payment, and the files are yours.
You may use everything inside it to build and sell your own course. You may not resell, republish or redistribute the vault itself, or any part of it, as your own product.
The files are delivered by email to the address you paid with. If they have not arrived, email me and I will send them by hand.

Refunds
The guarantee is action-based, not satisfaction-based, and that is deliberate: it is there for people who do the work, not for people who browse.
Build your course, put your offer live and post ten reels. If the system did not deliver, show me that work within the refund window and I will refund you in full, no argument.
This is a digital product and you get it straight away, so it cannot be returned. Refunds outside the process above are at my discretion.

What this does not promise
Nothing here is a guarantee of income. No figure on this site is a projection, an average or a typical result, and none of it should be read as one.
What you make depends on what you sell, who you sell it to, and how much of the work you actually do. Most people who buy a product like this do not finish it. That is the honest position and it is why the guarantee is written the way it is.
Nothing on this site is financial, legal or tax advice.
Where the site shows a sum — two sales at $47 being $94 — that is arithmetic showing how the pricing works, not a claim about what you will sell. You set both numbers in it, and nothing sets them for you.
Where a price is shown struck through, or a figure is given for what one part of this would cost to buy separately, that is a comparison against what an equivalent thing costs elsewhere. It is not a price I have charged anyone, and it is not a statement of what you are saving.

Names, logos and photographs
This site shows photographs of well-known people alongside notes on how their businesses appear to be put together, drawn from what they publish themselves. They are there as examples of a business model. None of them is a customer, none of them has been asked, and none of them endorses, sponsors or is connected with CourseFarmer in any way.
If you are one of them, or you act for them, email me and I will take the image down the same day. No argument and no lawyer needed.
Stripe, Gumroad, Instagram, ManyChat, TikTok, Threads, X, YouTube and Obsidian are named, and their marks are drawn, because they are the tools this system uses or points you at. Every one of those names and marks belongs to its owner. None of those companies is affiliated with CourseFarmer, and none of them sponsors or endorses it. Buying this gives you no rights in their brands, and you will need your own accounts with them.

Privacy
This site sets no cookies, runs no analytics and loads no third-party trackers. It is a static page — there is nothing here collecting anything about you.
Payments are handled by Stripe. Your card details never touch this site; Stripe holds them, and they hold your email in order to send the receipt and the download.
If you email me, I keep that email so I can answer it. I do not sell, share or add it to a list. Ask me to delete it and I will.
